Terms of Service
Last updated June 10, 2026
These terms govern use of FIGHTBASE, the customer-relationship platform at fightbase.co and app.fightbase.co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
FIGHTBASE gives gyms a shared inbox for WhatsApp conversations, an AI assistant that can reply to leads on the gym's behalf, and tools for tracking leads and trial bookings. The service connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform using credentials the gym provides or authorizes.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other customers at risk.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FIGHTBASE lawfully and in line with the policies of the messaging channels it connects to. In particular, you must:
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms when messaging customers through the platform.
- Only message people who have opted in to hear from your business, and honor requests to stop messaging.
- Not use the service to send spam, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.
- Not attempt to access another customer's data or probe the platform's security.
Your data
Your gym owns its customer data — conversations, leads, and bookings. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers and for the content of messages sent from your account, including AI-assisted ones you approve or enable.
AI features
The AI assistant generates replies automatically based on the configuration and information your gym provides. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing how the assistant is configured, monitoring its conversations, and correcting anything it gets wrong. FIGHTBASE escalates conversations to your staff in situations the assistant is not confident handling, and you can take over any conversation at any time.
Third-party services
The service depends on third parties — including the WhatsApp Business Platform — that we do not control. Their availability, pricing, and policies may change, and message delivery is ultimately subject to Meta's systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy decisions, though we will make reasonable efforts to work around them.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time. If we discontinue the service or a material part of it, we will give subscribed gyms reasonable notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost leads, lost revenue, or messages a third-party platform failed to deliver.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will update the date above and notify subscribed gyms. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
